Versa is counting steps, calories, activities, etc but is now showing incorrect time. It is 3:14pm but Versa says 3:01pm. I’ve restarted, attempted to sync multiple times with iPhone, closed app, shut off Bluetooth, checked timezone settings, etc. I have the latest versa and iOS updates. What is the issue

They tried helping yes. The rep suggested I factory reset my Fitbit, which would have dejected all the info since the last time I was able to sync my device. I decided to first try deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling it to see if that would work. Glad I did because it fixed the issue and I didn’t lose any stored info.
