Versa 2 won't sync

My watch will not sync I've done all the trouble shooting listed. The last sync was Fridau at 10pm. What suggestions do you have

If you have followed these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues without luck, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1623184829687.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
