Versa 2 won’t sync

My Fitbit just stopped syncing to my phone.  I uninstalled an reinstalled the app, did both a hard and soft reset, and had my phone “forget this device.” I can get it to pair, but it still will not sync.

If you did a factory reset on the watch you will need to reinstall the watch in the Fitbit App with "+ Set up a Device"
