Versa 2 won't sync

Stopped syncing not showing correct time or steps tried turning mobile g50 motorola off and on reinstalled  app turned fitbit off and on again, turned bluetooth off and on also set up versa 2 as a new device again, just cannot think of anything  else I can do please help

HI @carolsusan60  - a few things to try

 

  • make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices on nearby, other phones, PCs, watches etc.
  • clear the Fitbit App storage cache and force stop it
  • remove the watch Bluetooth entry
  • restart both watch and phone
  • logout and login of the Fitbit App
  • then go to the phone home screen without closing the App
  • click on the sync popup, which will pair and link the watch - it should sync

If that doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

This has happened to me. Bought a better phone and it still won't sync.
