Versa 2 won't sync

Versa 2 not syncing...have tried all suggestions without success...wondering if I should delete app and reinstall

Hi there, @Becky49. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Before considering uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Samsung galaxy 22...no problem with syncing until yesterday

Hello @Becky49 

You mentioned having syncing issues and you have tried all the suggestions. You never mentioned what exactly you tried so I apologize if I suggest something that you have tried before. If you have your Fitbit Versa 2 connected to more then one device then this can cause conflict/confusion so make sure that is not the case. I’d first log out of the Fitbit App turn your bluetooth off on your Android phone then turn off your phone for 1-2 mins. Now restart you phone and  turn your Bluetooth on again. Now log back into the Fitbit App and try to manually sync. If syncing is still an issue try restarting your Versa 2. Go to your Versa 2 and press down and hold the side button down until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. Open your Fitbit App and attempt to manually sync your device. If the problem persist make sure the Fitbit App updated and make sure your Android device is updated as well. 
You mentioned reinstalling the Fitbit App. You can try that as well. You will not lose any data if you do a reinstall. Just log back in as you normally would once the reinstall is complete.
