Hello @Midshipmen
First make sure your Fitbit App (as well as your phone) is up to date. Try turning your Bluetooth off, restarting your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on. Head to the Fitbit App and try to force sync the app by swiping the page downward.
If the problem persist try restarting your Versa 2. Press down and hold the button on the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. Now head back to the Fitbit App and again try to manually sync your Versa 2.
