So it's been a few months, but I'm trying to set up my versa lite to my phone. Haven't used it in a while, charged it up, hit find phone but it couldn't. On my phone, versa lite came up on my Bluetooth list, so I clicked. THE NOISE WOULDN'T STOP. I tried turning my volume down, but when it would ring again in a few seconds, IT PUSHED THE VOLUME BACK UP TO MAX. I have no idea why this was happening. Both times it rang, the only way to make the ringing stop was to turn off my phone. Now I don't know how to make them connect at all, and I don't want to go deaf. Can someone explain how to get these two to connect? My phone is a pixel 4a. It connects to my raycons headphones and other Bluetooth devices just fine, it only freaks out when I try to connect to the versa lite.

Hi, @Bbq_squirrel , all functions on the Versa lite need to be operated from the device itself or from the Fitbit app. You can’t set up your Versa Lite using your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
If your Versa Lite was previously set up in your app, please open the Fitbit app on your phone and log in if necessary. On the front page of the app click on the picture icon top left to open the account screen. On the account screen click on Versa Lite and then choose sync now. Hopefully that will make sure your Versa Lite is connected to your phone.
When you sync it should update the time and date on your Versa Lite, and then “Find my phone” should work normally.
If you are unable to sync it may help to set up the Versa Lite all over again. From the account screen click on “+ set up a device”. From the drop down list choose Versa Lite. You will get a message saying “You already have a Versa Lite connected to your account. Do you want to replace it?” Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there. It should connect to your phone and sync.
Please do post again if you are still having trouble. There is always someone here to answer questions. Welcome to the forums!
