Hello there, @Joey18. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.
If you haven't done so yet, I recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.

Hi. I have encountered the same problem multiple times. I found out that if I connect Versa 2 to my Android phone with either Bluetooth and/or Wifi, it will get disconnected if I use another device at home, such as: Windows 10 desktop, Windows 11 laptop, or Apple pro tablet. Sometimes the other devices take control of the Bluetooth and don't release the connection causing my Android phone to no longer link. Even turning off the other devices will prevent reconnection. Two ways I can re-establish a connection. 1. Remove the Bluetooth connection link on any other devices and then turn them off ( so your wifi router won't keep the old connections saved internally. Unplug the wifi router for 30 seconds then plug it back in. If the device you want to sync still doesn't connect after a reboot, then step #2. Go to the setting of the device you want to sync (in your case, Windows 10), find the FitBit app. And click that you want to add a new Versa 2 device (even though your current Versa 2 is showing as connected). The new device screens will force a new Bluetooth and Wifi connection and reconnect your Versa 2 without losing your previous data and history. Be sure not to delete your current Versa 2 unless you want to remove your old data and settings. I hope this helps.

Thank you - I will try your suggestions- there are two Versa 2 devices in this house. However my partner never syncs the Versa 2 on the computer and we both turn off our cell phones at night - my Versa 2 would always sync just fine on the computer with both phones turned off (I always had to do that as you have said).
I will try the reboot of the WiFi - thanks so much for responding
