Versa 2 won't sync

I have tried everything I can find. I restarted both devices, I turned off and on the Bluetooth, I uninstalled the app multiple times, I check for updates, I removed unused devices from my Bluetooth list. I've only had it for 4 days. Please help.

Hi @ljggarr - you've done good troubleshooting so this is a specific to you issue, it might be useful for a one to one chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. If you have Android 13 this may also be a problem.

Your Fitbit syncs data via Bluetooth to your smartphone. If Bluetooth is disabled, the device won't connect to your smartphone, but you can quickly turn it on from your device's settings.
