Versa 2 won't sync

  • I have tried all Fitbit recommendation, turn n, turn off, reset etc. it still won’t sync.

I'm sorry: this isn't a helpful reply.  I'm having the same problem.  But I wanted to add that I was weirdly prompted to lot into my account on my phone. Somehow, I was logged out by Fitbit but still have bluetooth connection between device & phone.  I suspect a software update that isn't going quite right, maybe?

Thank you for your reply. My Fitbit magically synced this morning with no
prompt from me. That’s 3 days after it quit doing it. Cannot explain the
mystery!
