My Fitbit versa 2 will not sync with my phone

Hello there, @Colettehobbs. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

In addition to the steps provided by @NellyG, please make sure that your Versa 2 is still connected to your Fitbit app and phone's Bluetooth settings. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
