Hi @Tms67 @SunriseRun233 - you may need to restart the watch and phone to get syncing working.
You may need automatic time zone on to get time to update.
But also try switching to another time zone and syncing then switching back.
If there was a DST change strange things happen on such days, try on Monday.
You can aso try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android, clear the storage cache and force stop also) before restarting the phone

Hi there, @Tms67 @SunriseRun233. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 devices are still not syncing nor showing the correct time. We're here to help you!
Have you tried what @Guy_ recommended? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
With the above being said, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed to try solving the syncing issue:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
