Just got a new Versa 2 and it won't synch. I have done everything over 20 times. Restarted fitbit, restarted phone, turned off & then on bluetooth on phone. Uninstalled & reinstalled app. Tried to synch on another device. Please help! May have to take it back to the store.

Best AnswerYour phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
