My Versa 2 is recording steps and other info on the app, but on my watch, it just shows the time and dashes under all my tracking icons. I have tried resetting etc and factory reset and still no info on the watch. HELP!!

Hi there, @Vcarnes. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

While reading your post I was wondering if you've checked that your Versa 2 is still paired to your Fitbit account? If your watch is no longer paired, that would explain why it isn't tracking any data. To make sure that your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If you found out that your watch is no longer pair, please set it up again. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
