Versa 2 won’t track anything

My Versa 2 won’t track anything at all. It started when the clock showed a random time. Managed to sort that by restarting it. But now it’s stopped tracking steps. I removed it from the app and re added it several times as well as restarting it several times. In addition to all the above, my Bluetooth can’t locate it so it’s not going to sync.

Hi @Normhel - firstly see how well the watch is working, by swiping the face to the left and tap on the Today App.

There it should show what it's tracking.

If it's registering steps etc, then the reason you don't see anything updated in the Fitbit App on your phone is it's mot syncing.

First thing to do is restart Both phone and watch, then have a look at  Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks for your reply. It’s not tracking anything at all. Not even when I go to the today screen on the watch.

@Normhel-  in that case there could be a serious issue with the watch.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
