Versa 2 won't track my sleep data

I have had a Versa 2 for a couple of weeks and have been trying to use it to record my sleep with no success. I am leaving my phone's Bluetooth, Location, and Wifi all on while I sleep along with wearing the Versa 2 on my non-dominant wrist. When I wake up in the morning, I go to sync within the fitbit app and no data appears within the sleep log. 

 

I am fast asleep and nothing is appearing when I go to sync my data on my phone every morning after I wake up. What is it I am doing wrong?

The same issue is happening to me, along with my heart rate not registering. I’ve restarted, turned off the heart rate tracker and sleep tracker, turned back on, synched, checked for updates, etc…. Now what?
