I have had my watch since June 2020. I never let it get wet. I got in the pool for 20 minutes and it wont turn on now. Been several days. Fitbit support just tells me to buy a new one. I didn't misuse it. Don't know what to do....

Hi @David_P in case there is any moisture in the device, it should go into a dry bowl of rice for at least two days. After that, clean all the connector points, put it on the charger and restart the device. If your Charge 2 had moisture inside and you tried to charge it, you could have fried the battery. Plus, these devices don't live forever, so it just might be the end of life for it. Support can "see" our devices from their end, so they may have seen something regarding your battery that lead them to say it's time for a new one. Can't hurt to try the rice, if you have any.

Well my thing is I've never had any problems with it. And if it has moisture in it then it is defective, not my fault. But I will try the rice I suppose.
