My Versa 2 was working fine and 60% charged. When I next looked at it one hour later it was dead and wouldn't sync. So, I plugged in in the charger, but it will not charge or respond. The only thing that shows is an empty battery icon and exclamation mark on the screen for about 5 seconds when I plug it in. I cleaned the contacts on the watch and charger and left it plugged in overnight, but still no resolution. Is it possible the battery has failed? The watch is only a year old.

Mine is doing the same thing! It happened after updating the App. Perhaps there was a bug in the update.
