I got a Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas, and it was working perfect. But when I took it off charge Monday night gone, the touch screen won’t work. I’ve tried holding the side button that restarts it, multiple times and it doesn’t do anything. It stills syncs to my phones and counts my sleep etc, but that’s all I can do. Touch isn’t working at all.

My Fitbit versa 2 has been dropping sync randomly and also restarting. If I turn it off it won't turn back on without holding the buttons down.
Tonight the logo started flashing on the screen and now it won't turn back on no matter what buttons I hold. There is charge as it was charged yesterday.
So frustrating!
