Versa 2 won't turn on

My versa 2 is not working. It isn't even turning off. How can I fix it?

Hi there, @Cutelyn. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for getting back. I can't turn it off. I pressed the button several times but nothing happened. I can't even use the touch screen
