My Fitbit Versa won’t turn on. I tried restarting it but the screen just stays black. I charged it earlier in the day so I know the battery isn’t the issue.

Hi there, @Lmrogers89. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you've restarted your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? but to no avail, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

My Fitbit won’t turn in at all. I let the battery die and plugged it in to charge the screen turned on for a second with the blue dots but turned off again. It looks like there is condensation on the inside of my Fitbit on the underside that lays against your wrist.
