My versa 2 is a week old and has been fine until today. I charged it this morning and it was on about 72% and then this evening it just stopped working.
I could see the Fitbit logo, but it did nothing else. I tried all sorts to turn it off and on again, but the only thing that worked was a factory re-set.
It looked like it had worked to start with because it made me re-set everything up and install everything again, but then it just turned off and won’t come back on again.
This seems to be a common problem. If so I’m not sure it’s worth persevering, as I don’t want this happening every other week.
Any help would be appreciated!

@ljm80, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 turned off all of a sudden and now won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
After your Versa went dead for the last time, does it still show the Fitbit logo? Does it vibrate when you put it on the charger? How was the factory reset performed? These details will help me to follow up and assist you accordingly.

So my Fitbit Versa 2 has done something similar.
The past few months it has gotten steadily worse, where
the Fitbit would just need to restart before it would synch, even though it is on auto synch the whole time.
So today, I finally got fed up and decided to take the Versa 2 OFF, and then just reset it all up from the start.
It asks me to put my fitbit on charge and connect via bluetooth.
It never found it, I made sure it was on, still nothing.
I turned off my devices bluetooth and then back on, still nothing.
So, I turned off my fitbit versa 2 by instead HOLDING the side button for 10 seconds like it asks,
(I usually go into the fitbit, setting, scroll to bottom to shut down, and do it there),
So now... after I held the fitbit to restart, it tried to turn back on, the logo came up like Jim80's did...
And now it won't charge, won't do anything, is basically useless, horrible timing as I am about to leave the house and would love some things to be tracked as usual, since that was the point of purchasing the Fitbit Versa 2.
Please would love help asap.
