Versa 2 won’t turn on

My Fitbit versa 2 suddenly turned off and it had battery life . After contacting the Fitbit team , they suggested pressing the back button on the left ( when looking at the watch ) for 10 seconds . This did turn it on for a while but then it turned back off and can’t get it back on again 😞 This is a brand new watch , bought 2 weeks ago only !!

Hi @tamaramica try the button factory reset (see below). If that doesnt get it going again either return it to the store you bought it from or contact Support  again.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Happening to me too! Mine is charged to 100%. I put it on my wrist and it turned off and won’t come back on. 

I held the button down for 10 seconds and it does nothing. No Fitbit logo, nothing. 🙄
