Versa 2 screen is not responsive

Hi Fitbit, 

My Versa 2 device is not responsive even though the green heartbeat tracker light is still on and my iPhone app is still tracking the steps. 

• it does not show up when I press the side button
• it does not show up when I tilt my wrist towards me

• it shows up again randomly and doesn’t show up again. 
• I restart the device and it’s the same result 

please help.

I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
