Versa 2 Won't Sync / Connect

My versa 2 went completely flat a couple of weeks ago.

When I turned it on it wouldn't sync to my phone - like I couldn't detect it or connect at all.

I did a factory reset to the Versa 2 and reinstalled my app and got it to sync.

Within an hour it wouldn't sync again.

Since then I have been unable to sync it at all.

The device:

  • Shows the wrong time
  • Still has the clockface
  • Still counts steps
  • Still works for contactless payment (last time I checked)
  • Connects on bluetooth for audio control but doesn't work as a control
  • Doesn't connect to Alexa

 

Any permanent solutions? Obviously the factory reset etc. Isn't one.

P.s. app is up to date, always connected & keep alive widgets are on, allday sync is on

Not answered - just this forum is **ahem** on mobile. 

 

Also I'm on Android if that helps.
