My Versa has been sitting on one of 2 chargers over 24hrs. It won't turn on. I researched on the forum, held the back and left buttons down, held all three down for 5 mins as another post suggested, still nothing. What else is to be done, and/or how do I file a claim?

Before we file a claim, I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on any of the chargers. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
