all of a sudden my versa 2 won't turn on, the screen is black

Hi @tszopa, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen won't turn on.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

It randomly started working ok. When it stopped working it didn't vibrate on the charger
