Versa 2 won't turn on

I bought Versa2 during December 2019. Few weeks back, started malfunctioning,  initially black screen with Red X mark, based various posts, did a factory reset, worked for few days, now whole screen lighting up white, no display of data, nothing, cant do anything with it.
