Sleep not reporting

My Versa 2 is reporting everything on sync except my sleep. I checked the web dashboard and the app and suddenly today I am not getting anything on my sleep, the main reason I bought the thing. I have had it for over a year with no problem on my Pixel 3XL

Hi @Bamfuchs, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not syncing or recording your sleep data. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it records and syncs your sleep data properly.
