Versa won't charge

My fitbit just wont charge at all. It has been like this for a couple of weeks now. It took ages to charge then lost it charge quickly. Now there's nothing, I have bought a new charger but this doesn't do anything either. It wont reset either. It is completely dead.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @kthoran, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Hi  I have tried all the troubleshooting but still nothing. Fitbit is completely dead.  Any support would be appreciated
