Versa 2 won't turn on

I started work this morning, looking forward to tracking my day. I felt the Fitbit vibrate in my pocket when I pulled it out the screen was blank. It now will not turn on at all. Very stressful as it's only a matter of weeks old.

Mine actually did the same thing this morning, 6:30am it shut off and won't turn back on. Mine is about 10 months old.

Mine did the same thing this afternoon- blank screen and won’t sync with my phone.

Mine is 2 years old and was working perfectly yesterday and went to bed then it just died. Had about 85% power before bed then just a black screen.... nothing works now.

I tried to restart my versa 2 but it does not do anything. My versa 2 is a replacement that I received in January. My original purchase was June of 2019. Is the replacement still under warranty?

I have the same problem. It’s less than 3 months old, worked fine til sometime after 6 pm, now the screen is black and won’t charge or turn on. Has about 50% power. I’ve tried multiple outlets, etc  super frustrating since I’m at the end of a 100 mile monthly challenge and am about 5 miles short...
