Screen stuck

Stuck on steps screen will not swipe to any other screen. Now no longer syncing

Hi @kgray6414 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it? If you haven't please do so by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. 

Fingers crossed that does the trick for you.
