Versa 2 stopped working this morning. purchased 6 weeks ago.
Blank screen. Won't turn on. Last sync was a 4 am this morning so something happened around that time. 6 am alarms did not go off. It seems completely dead. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to turn on and there is no response at all.

Hi @marialochner75, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
