Versa 2 won’t turn on

I got my versa 2 on December 1 2020. I went to charge it tonight and it turned off. I held the button in and it turned on briefly. It now won’t turn on at all. It does not vibrate. The charge is at 93% according to my app. 
I cannot update the Fitbit, can’t change the clock face, as it won’t turn on or connect to my app. 
I have no idea what to do.

Hi @KimberleyLK, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't turn on at all. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and the issues get fixed.

Hello. It was plugged in overnight. It sometimes does nothing when I press the button and sometimes a red exclamation point shows up briefly.

Hi, I have a similar problem to Kimberley. My Fitbit versa 2 was bought in Dec, 2020 & now won’t turn on despite charging.

Hi @dyland2016, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 won't turn on either, please try the steps advised in this help page. Once you've tried these steps, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours.
