Put my Versa 2 on the charger this morning, it charged to about 50% then turned off and will not turn back on. I tried several times to restart by pressing on the side button, but it still will not go on. Tech support said to shut it down then restart, which would require the Versa to be on to go to settings, but cannot go to settings when its not on. This watch is only 3 months old, has not been damaged in any way. The tech then told me to ship it back for a replacement. I am extremely frustrated since that would put me without a watch for probably several weeks. Anyone have any other ideas before I send it back?
