Versa 2 won't turn on

My watch is fully charged, still vibrates when rung and get notifications however it is on a black screen and doesn’t change. Iv held the side button down or 15 seconds but nothing happens. The green light is still on the back and it’s synced to my phone. It gets boiling hot when I charge it tho.  
can anyone help
