hi, my versa2 is dead. it wont turn on.

Please restart your Versa 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the suggestion above doesn't work, please let me know if your watch has vibrated during the restart process and if the green lights on the back are still flashing.

hi,, iv tried everything. it wont turn on to reset and just gets very hot on charge. iv left it 24hrs to cool down and its still dead. i have tried to live talk with customer services but keep getting cut off
no vibration at all when docking. its totally dead apart from getting hot on charge.

still not heard anything. i know were in lockdown but this is ridiculous, i wish id never of bought this watch now.
