My Fitbit Versa Lite stopped working. The screen does not come on at all. I've had it plugged in to charge but nothing has happened. It's less than a year old. I've tried holding the button down to reset but it doesn't seem to do anything. Help please!

This may be due to the firmware upgrade if it happened recently.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly to inform them. They may be able to help you.
