Versa 2 won't turn on

When I first got my Versa 2 it was great. After about 6 months it died. All I see is the fitbit logo. I can't get it to pair or sync or charge. Nothing. So disappointed.

Mine was like that... I did the "hard reset" = push the side button for 10-20 seconds, and it tried to reset... but still it did not work... I'm suspicious there was some issue with the BIOS... can't help to wonder if that perhaps could have been "on purpose" ... interesting timing, warranty just elapsed...

I gave up. No warranty and of course too late to return. I bought a
Samsung. Hopefully better.
