I just took my versa off the charger and it had a lot up black screen. Tried a hard reset and changing my clock face but no dice, it will vibrate and now the screen won’t turn on at all. Have only had it two years and it’s been babied.. didn’t even wear it at all for the last year

Was it charged regularly?
If it was inactive for a year and the battery left depleted, it is possible the battery was negatively affected.
Hold the button for at least 15-seconds straight to see if it does reset (it will vibrate).
If not, let it on the charger for more than a day and check it back.

I have been using it again for the last month or so with no issues. Battery seemed just fine.. I did try the reset and it vibrates but no screen

I have the same problem, a black screen I’ve tried the reboot it vibrates and flashes grey trying to communicate but no watch face or logo , data shows on phone and syncs just over a year old very annoying !
I hope there’s a solution but I think it’s dyeing

So annoying... won’t be buying another one if this is only how long they last.

I was offered a 35% discount... as if I’d buy another watch that lasts for a year!! What a crock

My versa stopped working after a year-ish of use. Out of warranty so they suggest to buy a new one and offer a discount? Why would anyone purchase another watch of theirs when they don’t even last a few years? Why not offer to fix? Terrible customer retention. Very disappointed in this company and will not be recommending to anyone.
