Not pairing/time not correct

Since Feb. 28th I have been having problems.  The time is off by 4 hours and it will not pair on any phone or my laptop.  I have done EVERYTHING they suggest!  I am ready to change to another brand of watch!!  I have only had the watch for 8 months.  Help please!!!

My Versa lite started losing time today and I, too, cannot fix it.  I've tried everything.
