Hi, my partners Versa 2 has just died(purchased 16/2/20), blank screen & no sensors flashing on the back. Tried resetting by holding bottom + back button & also been on charge for hours. Any ideas?

It is almost as if they turned off the switch for the versa 2. I am in the same position since yesterday. It was  low in battery and i put it in the charger most of the day. Never charged. I followed all protocols and it is dead. I tried to get  help via chat and that was a joke. $250-300 down the toilet.
