Versa 2 won't turn on

I put my versa 2 in to charge (was down to about 15%) I went to take it off 2 hours later and it was turned off and hot. I tried to turn it back on and there seems to be no life in it at all. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

To answer your question by device is unresponsive and the heart rate monitors are not flashing. I’ve tried the troubleshooting you suggested.

The connections are clean, it won’t reset and the most worrying thing is, when I put it on the charger (I have changed plugs too) the device gets hot.

Bit of a coincidence but my versa has also stopped working this morning also. Screen is completely dead. Will not let me restart?

There is no life in it at all and It isn’t connecting to to the app so can’t change the clock face.
