Hi I took a shower with my watch and suddenly stop working

charge it press the left button to start it and the Fitbit logo goes on display for about 2 seconds de and then the screen goes off and continue doing this again and again 

already try the reset

already try charge it with another cable and nothing. 
before it stops I could see that was vibrating for no reason.
