Hi there! My Fitbit Versa 2 isn’t working since yesterday (the battery was half full) and it won’t turn on no matter how many times I try to reset it! I cleaned it as per the instructions, charged it overnight (not responding at all even though the charger works fine), pressed and held the side button for longer than 3 minutes, nothing is working, just a black screen. Help!!
