My Fitbit Versa 2 stoped turning on. It’s not responsive at all to the reset too. The charger was tested and it is working fine. Don’t know what the issue is and what to do. Please advise.

There are a few issues that give the appearance of not working, besides not working and its a good idea to investigate them.
Have a look at the suggestion posted here it may help isolate the actual problem.
Currently there seems to be an issue with the IOS Fitbit App draining the battery rapidly.
Try turning off the phone Bluetooth and making sure its charging and see if you can start it by holding the button for 8 seconds, until it vibrates or a logo appears and sync it [in case its just the screen that isn't working]
If you are still stuck probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
