Versa 2 won't turn on

Has anyone else had a problem with their Fitbit just switching itself off never to switch back on? This is the third time it has happened to me, and the last one was just a month old! I have followed all the troubleshooting tips to no avail. Fitbit support has always been very good at sending a replacement (I definitely wouldn't be buying a new one if they didn't!!), but I'm fed up with having to keep reaching out to them! I just want a device that lasts!

 

Update: Even though I'd only had this particular device for ONE MONTH, I'm not eligible for a replacement because it is only "warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty" and that expired a month ago. I have been offered a discount to buy a new one, but will definitely not be spending money on something that's not built to last for more than a year!

Mine too and It can't even charge.
