Versa 2 black screen

Hi

 

My Versa 2 has a black screen and is unresponsive. The charger works without issue as my wife has charged her Versa 2 from the same charger and no problems

 

I Have pressed the power button and there is a slight vibration but nothing happens from there, this is very frustrating!

Hi @Sooty78 Yes, that does sound frustrating! It sounds to me as if your Versa 2 is dying. Try contacting Fitbit Support  and see ifnthey are able to help.

This has just happened to me with my third device! Fitbit Support has always replaced them until now, but the person I contacted via the chat today just kept sending me links to troubleshooting tips, all of which I'd already tried! You should definitely contact them in case they can help though. Good luck!
