Hi there, @MarcusClinton. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is not turning on. I'll do my best to help you with this.
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and the Versa 2 does not vibrate while trying to perform the restart, I'd suggest making sure you've also tried all steps provided below:

Hi Marre, so the watch is completely black. Nothing vibrates or turns on. I have cleaned connectors as well as changed power sources. Alignment is correct for the charging connectors.
Still no change. Black screen no icon or vibrating at any point.

I’m having the same problem Marcus. My Fitbit just went dead one day—won’t charge. I have a versa 2. Maybe it needs a new battery? But how does one do that?

@MarcusClinton Thanks for getting back and the additional details provided in your recent post.
@Alicetwo Welcome on board. Sorry to hear you're also experiencing this issue with your Fitbit device. I'm here to help! Regarding your inquiry, we as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to replace the battery as that could permanently damage your watch. The battery on Fitbit devices are not replaceable nor interchanged.
Moving forward to the issue, sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). With that being said, I'd recommend you both putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Fitbit device. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I have exactly the same problem. My fitbit versa 2 is not turning on. I have tried everything mentioned here and what I see on YouTube. My fitbit when on charge heats up so I know it's charging but the screen won't turn on at all and no lights..haven't been able to use for the last 3 months. Such a shame that i spent so much money on something which I can't use..the support is not there. No repair centers around. Why do you sell the product in India?? Help me out

I am having the same problem with mine. Did everything mentioned above but still nothing. Mine just went black after being charged overnight. Battery said 100% then in less than 1 hour later screen was black like the battery died. Now just a black screen and nothing works to fix it.

I'm having the same... today it turns on but the screens not working properly. Seems strange it's all happening at the same time. How long do they last?

Same exact thing is happening with mine. Haven’t been able to use it for a few months now. I’ve done everything suggested & still nothing. How do we go about replacing these expensive items that just seem to randomly stop working?

Actually got it working by heating it for a while. Must have gotten moisture inside. Re- installing now, but very slowly...not very water repellent....
