Versa 2 won't turn on

My versa 2 won't turn on.  It has 28% battery, according to my app, but even after holding the button down for 30 seconds,  it still won't turn on.

To turn on your Versa 2:

1.  Sync your device in the Fitbit app:

• From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
• Tap the device they want to sync.
• Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now. If this doesn’t work, proceed to the next step to restart the device.
